 Please note:
Evaluation copies are free of charge. They are timestamped and will inform you after the trail period that you should download a newer version or - what we hope- you should order a regular and unlimited version.
However, don´t panic: you can always decrypt what you have encrypted before. This facility, of course, is NOT timestamped.

The evaluation copy has the same functionality as the version which we distribute to users ordering a regular and unlimited version.

The current evaluation version is 2.402 and is time limited until September 14th 2009.

In contrast to previous versions (1.2, ...), CodedDrag 2.402 has been significantly improved; it supports four different encryption algorithms (DES, Triple-DES, Blowfish and Rijndael) and offers an integrated file compressor for reducing disk space. Additionally online help is included to help users working with CodedDrag. A new configuration wizard enhances the ease of use.
However, this version is still compatible with the older version and can be used for decrypting files created by previous versions of CodedDrag.

 Please register as an interested user before downloading the evaluation version. As registered user, you will receive information about new versions of CodedDrag.
This registration is free of charge!

 Read the following setup instructions before download!
Make sure that the tray icon is not visible any more. For CodedDrag version 2.300 or later right click the CodedDrag tray icon and choose Exit, for ealier versions set the DLL-unload time to Zero.
Deinstall any prior version of CodedDrag before installing a new version. If the uninstall routine recommends a reboot, please follow this advise before continuing!
Start the downloaded program.
If you go through this upgrade sequence, it is recommended that you shutdown and restart your computerthe before encrypting new files.

 Before you install CodedDrag onto your system please ensure that you have read the important information regarding the new evaluation version of CodedDrag and previous versions.

 Download CodedDrag Evaluation version 2.402 (MSI-file, about 700 KB)
To install CodedDrag simply locate the downloaded MSI-file on your harddrive and execute it.

(CodedDrag 2.402 needs Microsoft Installer technology for installation. Windows 2000, XP and Windows ME usually have built-in support for Microsoft Installer. If you can't start .MSI-files, please download the Installer from the Microsoft web-site.)

This version of CodedDrag will expire September 14th 2009.
