Gerhard Eschelbeck is a graduate computer science engineer. In 1993 he joined the Institute for Information Processing and Microprocessor Technology at the University of Linz. His current research interests include embedded controllers, systems programming, networking and distributed computing. Eschelbeck received his diploma in computer science from the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria. He is a member of the IEEE, the Computer Society, and the ACM and is an active participant in international computer science conferences.
